Inventing Tomorrow
Inventing Tomorrow sought to bring messages of hope and possibility to viewers of all ages. The outreach campaign of this film looked to bring the spirit of innovation demonstrated by the teens in the film into classrooms. This report discusses all the avenues through which the film was able to achieve these connections. Among the highlights of the outreach campaign, we include:
• A POV PBS broadcast reaching 2.2 million households
• Training and activating nearly 900 educators in the United States and Mexico
• Distributing the film DVD to nearly 5,000 classrooms
